Data we process

To operate the service we process: your account email and contact details, billing information, the content of mailboxes you create with us (stored encrypted at rest), DNS records for domains hosted with us, and access logs for security and abuse prevention.

What we never do

• We never read your email content for advertising or profiling.
• We never sell your data to third parties.
• We do not embed third-party trackers on this site (only first-party analytics aggregated by IP-anonymised counters).

Hosting & transfers

All mailbox data is hosted in European datacenters. We do not transfer mailbox content outside the EU. Some sub-processors (payment, transactional email delivery, abuse reporting) may operate worldwide; their list is available on request.

Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription. After cancellation, we keep billing records for 10 years as required by French tax law, then permanently delete them. Mailbox content is permanently deleted 30 days after cancellation.

Your GDPR rights

You can request access, rectification, deletion, portability or restriction of your data at any time by writing to support@mailazur.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (in France) or your local data protection authority.

Security

We use TLS everywhere, encryption at rest for mailbox content, hashed and salted passwords, automatic DKIM/SPF/DMARC for outgoing mail, and strict isolation between tenants. Security disclosures: security@mailazur.com.
