Troubleshooting
Double-check the port (993 for IMAP, 465 for SMTP) and that SSL/TLS is enabled, not STARTTLS. Your firewall/ISP may block these ports — try mobile data.
Username must be the full email address (you@yourcompany.com), not just the local part. If you forgot your password, reset it from the webmail.
When you ordered, we configured SPF, DKIM and DMARC automatically. Allow 24-48h for receivers to learn your reputation. If issues persist, contact us.
Once configured, drag-and-drop folders from your old IMAP account to your new mailazur folders in the same client. Or contact us — we can do it server-side. Developer / Marketing API
